Use the right address

A device connects to the Gateway for its workspace. If your administrator provided a different Gateway, use that address instead.

Connect an enrolled iPhone

1. Open the miOS Cloud test app on the enrolled iPhone and choose Connect.
2. Enter the Gateway address supplied by your administrator, or scan its setup code if the app offers that option.
3. In an authorized Cloud session, open Devices and start pairing if requested.
4. Confirm the connection and the access shown on both screens. Keep setup codes and tokens private.

The iPhone app is an operator client for your Gateway. Its current test build is not a general public download.

Use a configured Mac

The Cloud Mac app is installed and configured individually. Launch it from Applications and check its Gateway or connection status. If it is already connected, keep its saved configuration; moving the company website to mioslabs.com does not require re-pairing it. There is no public Mac installer yet.

If a device is offline

• Confirm the device has internet access and the Gateway address is correct.
• Reopen Cloud and check the device status before sending a device action.
• If a setup code expired, create a new one from Devices.
• Ask your workspace administrator to review account access if pairing or device actions are denied.
