Get started with World

Sign in, find your team and work, and use the right area for each task.

Sign in

  1. Open miOS World.
  2. Sign in with the account your company administrator created for you.
  3. Open My account to review your account and devices.

If a section is missing, your role or workspace may not include it. Ask the administrator to check your access.

Start in Home for team conversations. Move to CRM and Sales for customer work, Support for delivery, Docs for proposals and invoices, and Payments for payment activity. Company tools such as Team & access, Connections, Websites, Portals, and SOPs appear according to your role.

A daily loop

  1. Review unread conversations, mentions, and work needing attention.
  2. Open the customer or task record before changing it.
  3. Save a draft, review it, then use its explicit send, publish, approval, or charge control if your role allows it.
Drafts are not deliveries

A draft message, document, post, or payment request stays a draft until the relevant action is confirmed.
