Team and account
Owners manage team accounts in Company → Team & access. Everyone can use My account for their own profile and devices. Your role determines which app areas appear; the server also checks access when an action runs.
Websites, portals, and SOPs
Authorized people can work with company Websites and client Portals. Review the client and access level before inviting someone or publishing a change. SOPs hold company procedures; use the version visible in your workspace for current practice.
Studio and Market Scan
Studio supports creative work in the areas enabled for your account. Market Scan can research a prospect and create a proposal draft; review that draft in Docs before sharing it. Availability may differ between browser and the Mac beta.
Owner-only work
Books and Payroll are restricted to the owner. Books is World's own ledger workspace; it is not a connected QuickBooks Online account. Payroll prepares records and exports for the payroll provider rather than paying staff directly.
